Eberle tossed a complete game for the second time this season against Coker on Saturday tossing seven innings giving up one earned run on five hits and four walks with a career-high eight strikeouts to improve his record to 5-2.

The Eagles picked up a win with Eberle getting the start for the fourth time in the last five tries. The righty ranks fifth in the South Atlantic Conference in wins with five and seventh in the league with 43 strikeouts on the year. The junior has picked off five base runners in 2016 as he continues to chase the single-season mark of 10 set by Matt Ward in 1998
