Bio

2025: Indoor - Won the 800m event at the Finn Pincus Invitational. Set his PR in the mile at the Liberty Open with a time of 4:30.83. He placed 13th at the Indoor Track and Field Championships with a 1:59.15 in the 800m.

Outdoor - Set his PR with a time of 51.69 in the 400m at the Fast Break Athletics Invitational at Lee University. Later in the year, at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship, he set his PR in the 800m, running a 1:53.92 to finish 11th.

2024: Indoor - Placed second at the Bast-Cregger Multi Invitational for the 800 meters with a time of 2:00.48. Helped distance medley relay team to back-to-back first-place finishes in meets hosted by VMI. 

Outdoor - Set PR for the 1500 meters at the Catamount Classic, finishing in 4:07.80. Set PR for the 800 meters in the preliminary round of the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship, finishing in 1:55.65. 

High School: Attended Evangelical Christian School as an Eagle. Wilson was coached by Scott Vogel and Max Paquette and became a three-time state champion and 2023 national qualifier for the 800 meters. Also competed in baseball and football. 

Personal: Also competes for Carson-Newman's Cross Country team. Son of Tim and Angie Wilson. Wilson's father played football at Carson-Newman during the 1980's.
