SAC Basketball Championship Tickets on Sale Now

ROCK HILL, S.C. – Tickets for the 2013 Food Lion SAC Basketball Championship, which will be played March 9-10 at Timmons Arena in Greenville, S.C., are now on sale through the Timmons Arena online box office.

2013 will mark the first time the SAC Basketball Championship has been held at Timmons Arena, which is home to Furman University's Division I basketball program.    The $10.9 million on-campus facility, which was built in 1998, is located just minutes from Greenville's downtown district. 

The championship will feature men's and women's semifinals on Saturday, March 9, followed by both title games on Sunday, March 10.  Winners of both the men's and women's championships will receive automatic bids to the NCAA Basketball Championship. 

Tickets for Saturday's semifinal round are $12 for adults and $5 for college students and children 12 and under.  Tickets for Sunday's final round are $10 for adults and $5 for college students and children 12 and under.
