Sparks to participate in SAC Digital Media Day

ROCK HILL, S.C. – Carson-Newman head football coach Ken Sparks will participate in the South Atlantic Conference's annual digital media day Wednesday, Aug. 3.

The event will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 3 and will be hosted on the conference's official website, www.TheSAC.com.

Sparks will be available to answer questions between 10:15 and 10:30 a.m.

South Atlantic Conference Commissioner Patrick Britz will begin the event at 9:30 a.m., followed by 2015 SAC Regular Season Champion Catawba head coach Curtis Walker at 9:45 a.m.  Brevard's Paul Hamilton will be available at 10:00 a.m. and Carson-Newman head coach Ken Sparks will be on at 10:15 a.m.  Lenoir-Rhyne first-year head coach Mike Kellar will come on at 10:30 a.m., while Newberry's Todd Knight joins the group at 10:45 a.m.  Jerry Odom, in his first year at Tusculum, will take questions at 11:00 a.m.  Joe Reich of Wingate will come on at 11:15 a.m. and Tim Clifton from Mars Hill will wrap things up at 11:30 a.m.

Each coach and Commissioner Britz will take questions from fans and media for 15 minutes.
