Men’s Golf Season-Opening Tournament Cancelled

KIAWAH, S.C. – The Kiawah Island Invitational at Osprey Point Golf Club that the men's golf team was slated to participate in on Sept. 11th and 12th has been cancelled due to impending inclement weather.

The tournament will not be rescheduled.

"We are disappointed that we won't get to take part in the event," head coach Randy Wylie said. "Now we just have to look ahead to preparing for Columbus."

The 2017 fall slate of tournaments for the reigning South Atlantic Conference champions will now begin at the Cougar Invitational at the Columbus Country Club in Columbus, Ga. on Sept. 25th and 26th.
