Amanda Henderson earned all-conference honors in the 200 back for her time of 2:02.96 at the Bluegrass Mountain Championship Meet.  The same can be said of Joshua Grover, who swam a 4:02.39 in the 400 individual medley. 

Both swimmers times were the sixth fastest in the highly competitive conference this season.  The top six times over the course of a season earn all-conference honors in each event. 

The Bluegrass Mountain Conference features swim powerhouses Queens and Wingate, both of whom spent much of the year in the top five in the nation.
