INDIANAPOLIS – For the second-straight year, senior Elizabeth England (Oakland, Tenn.) will be heading to the 2018 NCAA Division II South Super Regional Championship from May 7-9 at Germantown Country Club, Germantown, TN as announced by the NCAA on Monday evening.

England's 2017-18 campaign saw her garner a program record fourth-straight All-South Atlantic Conference First Team plaudit. Her lone victory came at the season-opening King Invitational, an event in which she was heading back as the defending champion. She carded scores good enough for five top-10 finishes this season including a sixth-place showing at the SAC Championship just two weeks ago where she landed on the All-Tournament Team.

This will mark the second trip this season to the Germantown Country Club, a site that is essentially a home course for the senior since it is near her hometown.

The Eagles finished out the fall portion of their schedule playing at the Super Regional Preview hosted by Christian Brothers at Germantown. While the team took home a third-place finish, England was tied for 14th in the field with a +22 score of 238.

England enters a field of individuals in the super regional that includes two teams and one other individual golfer from the conference. Wingate is positioned as the No. 8 team in the region with Lenoir-Rhyne at 11. Lincoln Memorial's Dominia Czudkova was also selected for the super regional.

Last year, England concluded the event in a tie for 21st with an 18-over 234.

This Super Regional will be one of four that will be happening in the nation. These events hold fields of 12 teams with six individuals. The top three teams and top three individuals from each super regional will go on to play in the final championships from May 16-19 at the Bay Oaks Country Club in Houston, TX.

Recaps of England's play at the three day, 54-hole super regional will be found on cneagles.com at the conclusion of each day.
