Knights crush Eagles on Friday Night

Louisville, Ky. - The Carson-Newman women's tennis team lost 9-0 on Friday night against Bellarmine University.

"I must begin by giving credit to our opponents, they were a solid team." Carson-Newman coach Jean Love said, "On the flip side, we were not good, too many unforced errors and when we did have chances to win big points we could not do it. It was a very frustrating night.

The team of Corsato-Owsianka and Harris lost 8-1, while the team of Liashova adn Vuckovic fell 8-6. The duo of Tatum and Ledington rounded out doubles play with an 8-3 loss.
