JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - The Carson-Newman volleyball team kicks off its 2017 season Sept. 1 with the first of three matches at the Lincoln Memorial Tournament in Harrogate, Tenn. with contests against King, Lee and Erskine. The program released its preseason video Friday evening.
Coach Dave Franklin returns six starters from the 2016 season led by senior Anna Patton (Franklin, Tenn.), junior Natalie Harris (Monroe, N.C.) and 2016 All-Freshman team pick Marnie Streeter (Goldvein, Va.).
The 2017 slate features 11 home outings as Holt Fieldhouse plays host to the 2017 South Atlantic Conference Volleyball Championships.
