Baseball adjusts start time of Anderson series

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Carson-Newman baseball has moved back the start time of Friday's start with the Anderson series from 2 to 3 p.m. in a preemptive strike to give the field a chance to dry following a Thursday forecast of severe thunderstorms. 

Carson-Newman can clinch a spot in the SAC tournament with a win over the Trojans.  The Eagles could jump up to a third seed in the tournament depending on the outcome of other conference games this weekend.
