Stefano Daza enters his second season as an assistant coach for the Carson-Newman tennis team.

Daza is a former Eagle tennis player who competed at Mossy Creek from 2013-2017. During his time as a student-athlete, Daza played in the two, three and four positions. 

While maintaining assistant coach duties, Daza is simultaneously pursuing his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Carson-Newman.

The Venezuela native began playing tennis at the age of four. After acquiring his undergraduate degree from Carson-Newman, Daza began coaching tennis in Spain before returning to Jefferson City as an assistant coach in the fall of 2018.
