Bridenbaugh begins his first year with Carson-Newman in 2021 helping with both the indoor program and the beach team.

The Brookville, Ohio native played collegiately at Mount St. Joseph’s for one season before wrapping up his playing days at Lincoln Memorial. Playing libero for three seasons, Bridenbaugh played in 52 matches and 187 sets tallying 154 digs. The Railsplitters won 44 matches during the three years he suited up in Harrogate.

In his freshman season at Mount St. Joseph’s, he was named to the Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League (MCVL) All-Academic Team. A year later, the sophomore landed a spot on the 2019 IVA All-Tournament Team after helping LMU to its second-straight IVA championship with three digs and two assists in the title match sweep of Queens on April 13, 2019.

In high school, the four-year varsity letter winner and two-year team captain at Northmont High School in Clayton, Ohio. As a senior, Bridenbaugh was named to the 2017 Ohio High School Boys Volleyball Association (OHSBVA) All-State Second Team adding to an All-State honorable mention accolades as a sophomore in 2015. He was a three-time first-team all-region selection and earned a spot on the first-team all-conference club all four campaigns.

While playing at Lincoln Memorial, Bridenbaugh helped the women’s volleyball program both indoor and on the beach. For two seasons, he was a student assistant for the indoor program helping to run drills, develop players and help the coaching staff with game plans. For the spring of 2020, he helped the beach program enhance player skills and teach techniques.

Off of the floor, he was a three-year member of the Lincoln Memorial University Student Athletic Advisory Committee, CEO of the Enactus Club, member of the marketing club, volunteered with the athletic communications team running a camera for live productions and volunteered for multiple programs to help serve families in need.
