Class of 1994

Missy Brown (1982) -- A basketball All-American in 1982, Missy also was recognized as Academic All-American the same year. Twelve seasons later, she still held eight single game, season, and career Lady Eagle records. During her four year career at Carson-Newman, Missy started every game.

Dick Campbell (Coach) -- Recognized as NAIA Coach of the Year in 1965, Coach Campbell sported an impressive 227-67 record at Carson-Newman. His teams made five trips to the national basketball tournament, finishing third in the country in 1964. He recruited and coached six All-Americans.

Sanders Shiver (1975) -- A second round draft choice of the Baltimore Colts, Sanders enjoyed a 13 year NFL stint with the Colts and Miami Dolphins. This Eagle All-American led the team in tackles in 1973 and 1974. He has served as both an assistant and head coach on the collegiate level.

Bobby Wilson (Coach) -- Coach Wilson was skipper of the 1965 NAIA National Championship Team. His Carson-Newman record is 490-260-1. He coached 16 All-Americans at the College. Jersey #38, worn by Coach Wilson, is the only C-N baseball number to be retired.
