Kaitlyn Watson joined the Eagle Club staff in August 2022 as a graduate assistant. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Carson-Newman.

Watson graduated from Tusculum University in May 2022, earning cum laude honors with her bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Kaitlyn was a four-year member of the Tusculum Women’s Soccer program, twice earning team MVP honors. She started the final 53 matches of her career in consecutive fashion, and earned the Division II Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award.
