Prior to Carson-Newman: Won a Zimbabwean national gold medal in the 200 meter run and a silver medal in the 100 meter run. Won an international gold medal in the 100 meter run and a silver medla in the 200 meter run at the Confederation of School Sport in Southern Africa. Won three straight gold medals in the 100 and 200 meter runs at the Provincial Championships from 2018-2020. Was named Hillcrest College Sportsman of the Year and best male track & field athlete in 2019. Also played Rugby in Zimbabwe. Competed in qualifying for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the 100 meter and 200 meter run.
