High School: Coached by Kaitlyn Carringer-Adams as a Black Knight at Robbinsville High School. Cable set four school records during his high school career in the 4x800, 1600, 3200, and 1000-meter events during the indoor season. Named All-Conference in the 1600 and 3200 in 2022. Cable was also involved in FCA, Student Council, Knightmares, and Beta Club.

Personal: Son of Patsy Cable and Edward Cable. Intends to major in Sports Management at Carson-Newman.
