HIGH SCHOOL: Tulloch was a standout quarterback at Miami Central High School, leading the Rockets to four state titles. He amassed 1,799 passing yards and 22 passing touchdowns while completing 82-of-124 attempts. On the ground, Tulloch added 12 rushing touchdowns and 491 rushing yards. He was named GMAC Offensive MVP and was a key player in the Rockets' success.

PERSONAL: Tulloch is the son of Patricia Tulloch and plans to study criminal justice at Carson-Newman. He was a two-sport athlete, playing both football and basketball competitively in high school. Tulloch has siblings who also played sports in college, with his brother Carlos Boothe playing football at FMU and his sister Samantha Boothe playing water polo at LIU. Tulloch chose Carson-Newman after being recruited by several other schools, including Florida Memorial University, Allen University, and Clark Atlanta University. He ultimately chose Carson-Newman because he loved the school and the recruiting process was great.
