HIGH SCHOOL: Devotie was a three-time all-region selection for Cocke County, topping out at 109 tackles, 14 tacles for loss, nine sacks and six forced fumbles in his senior season.  He led the state of Tennessee in forced fumbles.  

PERSONAL: The son of Mike and Amber Strange, he plans to study political science at Carson-Newman.  Devotie was heavily involved in extra curriculars in high school. He was the NHS treasurer and a member of the Beta Club, Mu Alpha Theta and Key Club.
