HIGH SCHOOL: Fortman holds Clinton's records for most PATs made both in a game and a season.  He connected on 96 percent of his field goals in his career.  He was a three-time special teams player of the year. 

PERSONAL: The son of Tom and Barb Fortman, he plans to study biology at Carson-Newman.  He was a member of the National Honor Society in High School.
