HIGH SCHOOL: Grigsby was 21st in the state in rushing (900 yards), fifth in the state in passing yards per game (2,238 yards), 18th in the state in scoring, and fourth in the state in defensive interceptions (6). He etched his name into the KHSAA record books with 16 consecutive games with a passing touchdown, a season completion percentage of 65.9 percent. He was 128-of-194 through the air. Grigsby had a career completion percentage of 63.75 percent over four years (306-of-480). Grigsby picked off four passes in a game vs. Lynn Camp. He was his district's player of the year on two occasions.  Middlesboro was 35-9 in four years with Grigsby with the program.  He helped the Yellowjackets to three district titles, a region title and a state semifinal appearance. He was a three-time first-team all-state selection.

PERSONAL: The son of Donny and Jessica Grigsby, he plans to study sports management at Carson-Newman. His father, Donny is Lincoln Memorial's athletic director.  His father played football collegiately at Maryville.  His sisters Taylor and Brooklyn both run track at Lincoln Memorial.  He is a member of the A-B Honor Roll and JAG President.
