HIGH SCHOOL: McCoy is Columbia Central High School's second all-time leading rusher. He is a first-team all-region selection and four-time team MVP. McCoy rushed for 1,478 yards and 19 touchdowns this fall, earning Tennessee Sports Writers Association all-state recognition as the Lions went 7-4 and fell at Centennial in the opening round of the state playoffs. He posted 1,017 rushing yards with 14 TDs as a junior, and finished his Central career with 3,259 yards.
PERSONAL: The son of Paula Secrest and Ellis Secrest, he plans to study business at Carson-Newman.
