2023: Appeared in two games as a reserve wide receiver. Smith made two tackles on special teams.
HIGH SCHOOL: A three-sport star at Lithia Springs High School, Smith turned in a 1,000-yard season as a senior en route to all-state and all-region honors on the football gridiron. He had 44 catches for nine touchdowns. He helped LSHS to the playoffs four years in a row and was on the only team in school history to make it past the first round.
PERSONAL: The son of Tyra and Marcus Smith, he plans to study sports management at Carson-Newman. His father played football at the University of West Georgia. He was a member of his high school’s A/B honor roll.
