2024: Indoor - Only competed in one meet, the Finn Pincus Invitational, marking the only time in his collegiate career thus far he has participated in shotput. He achieved a distance of 8.24m. 

Outdoor - Had best finish of the season at the UNC-Asheville Bulldog Invitational, taking home fifth-place with a distance of 40.29m. However, he set his PR in the next meet at the Catamount Classic throwing the javelin 40.73m. 

2023: Outdoor - At the Lee University Invitational, Duncan placed 13th in the javelin throw with a 32.76-meter mark. He grabbed 10th in the event during the LR Bears Open with a new personal record of 37.52 meters. At the SAC Track and Field Championships, Duncan nabbed another personal best in the discus throw with a 28.10-meter performance.
