2018: For a second consecutive year, Henderson finished second on the team in tackles. He wrapped up the year with 67 stops, including 10.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. He also logged a forced fumble and a blocked kick. A modicum of consistency on defense, Henderson had at least five stops in nine of the Eagles' 11 games. His season high came in the opener against West Florida when he had nine stops, including six solo tackles. He matched that in week 10 against Lenoir-Rhyne (11/3). he also had an eight-tackle day against Limestone (10/6). Henderson produced multiple tackles for loss against Virginia Union (2.0), Limestone (2.0) and UNC Pembroke with a career high 3.0.  He blocked his lone kick of the year against Lenoir-Rhyne (11/3).  He forced a fumble against Wingate (9/15).

2017: As a red-shirt sophomore, Henderson started all 11 games for the Eagles and was second on the team in tackles with 66.  He led Carson-Newman with 10 stops behind the line of scrimmage and was second on the team with 3.5 sacks.  He also broke up six passes, the most on the team of any non-defensive back, had four quarterback hurries and a forced fumble.  Henderson's top effort came against Saint Augustine's with an 11-tackle day.  He registered a whopping seven solo tackles on homecoming against North Greenville.  He had an eight-tackle performance against Tusculum.  Henderson had three games with multiple tackles for loss, registering 2.5 against Tusculum and 2.0 against Saint Augustine's.  

2016: Made appearances in nine games for the Eagles. Registered 11 tackles with a half tackle for loss and a pass breakup.  Made a big splash with a six-tackle game in the opener against Humboldt State (9/1).  

2015: Did not appear in any games, redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Antonio Henderson played safety for Joe Kinnan and Jay Booth at Manatee High School.  Henderson totaled 80 tackles between his sophomore and junior years with 16 tackles for loss. He ratcheted up his defensive production his senior year with 87 stops. He averaged 7.3 tackles per game with 67 total solo stops. Henderson made 20 tackles behind the line of scrimmage as a senior with two sacks and two interceptions.  He had a 31-yard interception return for a touchdown.  Henderson broke up eight passes, forced one fumble and also blocked two punts.  He had 14 solo tackles in a regional final victory over Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando. He was named the Brighthouse Networks Player of the Game for his performance in the Hurricanes' win over Dr.  Phillips High School. As a freshman, he helped Manatee to a state championship.

PERSONAL: The son of Traci Somano Tobias, Henderson is undecided on a major.  Henderson was also recruited by Marist and Prairie View A&M.
