HIGH SCHOOL: Washington was a dominant force on the football field at Denmark-Olar High School. In his four years, he accumulated 102 touchdowns and rushed for 3,601 yards while passing for 2,920 yards. Washington was named 1A Region 3 Player of the Year in 2021 and 1A Region 4 Offensive Player of the Year in 2022, along with earning All-State honors twice. He was also a four-time All-Region selection and two-time All-Area and All-CSRA honoree. Washington participated in the Jr. Blitz High School All-Star Game and the GA/SC Border Bowl All-Star Game in 2022. He served as team captain and was named to the A/B Honor Roll.

PERSONAL: Washington is the son of Latoya Washington and nephew of Cameron Moody. He was born on May 13, 2005, and grew up in Denmark, SC. He was a star athlete in football, basketball, track, and soccer, and was a standout performer in each sport. He was also recruited by Newberry, Lenoir Rhyne, Mars Hill, and North Greenville. Washington chose to attend Carson-Newman to continue their football tradition and study physical education. He is related to Henry Odom, who played at South Carolina State and with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
