JEFFERSON CITY – Carson-Newman women’s basketball coach Mike Mincey announced Tuesday that former point guard Ashley Kyle has been promoted to lead assistant after spending her first season on the bench in 2014-15. Kyle replaces Ashley Tipton who coached for the Lady Eagles for four seasons after playing from 2005-09.
