Bio

Colby Reed is in her second year as an athletic trainer with Carson-Newman. 

A byproduct of Piedmont University, Reed graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science in May 23 before complete her masters in athletic training in May 24.  

She counts clincal rotations at Habersham Central and Gainesville High Schools.  She also worked with the University of Florida's football team.  

While at Piedmont as a student, she assisted with the Lions tennis, men's basketball and women's soccer teams.

Reed was an all-conference performer for the Piedmont women's basketball team. She averaged 9.3 points and 4.0 rebounds per game.   

Reed is a member of both the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the Southeastern Athletic Trainers' Association.
