2020-2021: Rose gathered multiple top finishes against Lees-McRae. Finished eighth in the men's 100-yard backstroke (54.96) against Wingate while collecting another top-10 finish in the men's 200-yard backstroke in the same event. 

2019-2020: Rose participated in several events for C-N.

High School: Attended Collierville High School...where he took 12th place at the 100M at State Championships in 2018, both relay teams he was a part of were in the A Final...swam varsity for four years and played varsity water polo for three years
