2015-2016: The multi-event field athlete PR’d in a number two events during her junior campaign as Mills leaped 1.52 meters in the high jump and threw 34.59 meters in the discus—both at the South Atlantic Conference Championships. Mills’ most prominent events, triple and long jump, took the junior to the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships for the first time in her career. The three-year Eagle placed 21st-overall in the women’s triple jump at the meet after leaping 11.89 meters.
Mills was named to her third and fourth All-Southeast Regional teams after being selected for both seasons in long and triple jumps.

2013-2014: Mills's freshman campaign ended with her setting two new school-records in the long and triple jumps. She garnered two first-place finishes and won Carson-Newman's Frosty Award for Female Performance of the Year after her showing at the PowerSox Invitational.
