Kristopher Kirchhoff enters his first season with Carson-Newman in 2024. He comes to Mossy Creek from Campbellsville University in Kentucky, where he served as a women's soccer assistant coach for the past two seasons. He helped the program achieve historical marks in his two seasons. In 2022, he helped lead the program to its first Mid-South Conference tournament championship, while also defeating its highest ranked opponent in program history that same season. He also assisted in coaching Angeline Kieh to All-American honors.

Prior to his stop in Campbellsville, Kirchoff played three seasons at Trinity Christian College from 2016-18. He was a three-year starter and captain of the squad his senior season. He earned CCAC Scholar-Athlete twice and was a winner of the Keith Albers award. Kirchhoff graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Exercise Studies from Trinity in 2018.

After his graduation, he pursued his Master's in Organizational Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University in 2020, while also assisting with the men's soccer program.

He received his first assistant coach role back at his alma mater, Trinity Christian College, where he assisted both the men's and women's programs in 2021. Kirchhoff also holds a USSF National 'D' Coaching License.
