CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Carson-Newman's men's and women's cross country teams finished 24^th and 31^st respectively at the Southeast Regional at McAlpine Creek Park in Charlotte, N.C.

On the women's side Sara Honaker represented the Eagles' top finisher over the 6k course with a time of 26:11 to finish in 131^st.  Amanda Bowman finished shortly behind in 137^th with a 26:24.

Megan Farjellah came in 153^rd with a time of 27:05. 

Nick Guerra represented the men's team's top finisher. He came in 106^th with a mark of 35:32 over the 10k course.  Patrick Stump continued his ascent up the Eagle leaderboard with a time of 35:50 to come in 118^th. 

Freshman Joshua Marsh and Alec Bross finished 133 and 136^th, respectively with times of 36:25 and 36:34. 

Wingate's women and Mount Olive's men brought home the regional championships.
