JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - Carson-Newman's Eagle Sports Network released the 14th epside of its podcast - Mossy Creek Conversations - Wednesday featuring former two-time All-South Atlantic Conference selection and current Atlanta Braves minor leaguer Brett Langhorne marking the return of the acclaimed podcast series highlighting the stories of some of the people behind the most successive programs at C-N.

The Mechiancsville, Va. native became the highest drafted position player in Carson-Newman baseball history when the Atlanta Braves selected the third baseman in the 10th round of the 2018 Major League Baseball Draft. He chats about his journey from committing to Richmond, to playing at the University of Tennessee, to why he chose Carson-Newman and now his time in the Braves organization as he plays with the Rome Braves. The son of a former professional baseball player, Langhorne unpacks the whirlwind of the last five years as a baseball player and as a person.
