2023: Indoor - Fritz had four top-10 finishes during the indoor season. He placed first in the long jump at the Sewanee Indoor Invitational with a distance of 6.27 meters.
Outdoor - During the outdoor season, Fritz had four top-10 finishes. He placed fourth in the long jump at the LR Bears Open with a personal best of 7.00 meters. During the 2023 SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Fritz placed ninth in the long jump (7.03 m).
2022: Indoor - At the ETSU Track and Field Invitational, Fritz placed sixth in the long jump (6.48 m) and seventh in the triple jump (12.83 m). During the 2022 South Atlantic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships, he finished seventh in the triple jump (12.59 m).
Outdoor - At the Flames Invitational, Fritz finished fourth in the long jump with a 6.86-meter leap. He grabbed bronze in the event at the Electric City Invitational with a 6.85-meter mark. During the 2022 SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Fritz placed 12th in the triple jump with a personal best performance of 13.18 meters.
2021: Indoor - Competed in the long jump, triple jump and 60 meter run across two events, finishing inside the top-10 in each event.
