Rain in Salisbury causes changes to SAC Championships scheduleApril 24, 2017SALISBURY, N.C. – After more than four inches of rain in the last 24 hours at the SAC Men’s Golf Championships in Salisbury, N.C. caused flooding on the Country Club of Salisbury’s back nine, the tournament committee decided on Monday to change the tournament to a 27-hole event rather than the 54 that were originally scheduled and cancel all play on Monday. The competition will be completed with nine more holes on Tuesday.
