JEFFERSON CITY—The Carson-Newman men's tennis team will be heading down to Canton, Ga. for the Reinhardt Tournament this weekend to kick of its 2015-2016 individual play.

Carson-Newman will not be responsible for team wins and losses on the weekend, but victories and defeats will be added to individual player's records.

"We have some things that we want to work on this weekend," coach Jean Love said. "We have some freshman that need some college action."

The newcomers will join a bevy of returners on this year's Eagle squad as Carson-Newman looks to build towards its spring schedule.
