JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - For the second straight day, a dose of rain in the southeast region forces the Carson-Newman baseball team to postpone a game. This time, however, it's a road game at North Greenville originally scheduled for Wednesday at 6 p.m. has been tenatively moved to Thursday afternoon with a time to be determined later today.
The Eagles are looking to get back on a baseball field as just enough moisture has worked its way onto playing surfaces around the area to prevent the team from getting a full day of work since Sunday.
Stay tuned to cneagles.com and @CNathletics on Twitter for the latest update on Thursday's game.
