Current activities/interests outside tennis (intramurals, clubs, academic organizations, church, employment, etc. ):  I love to work on cars, learn about cars, and drive cars.  I also love going to the Big House Grill for “wing night” with the guys on my hall.

Most influential person/people or experience in your growth as a person and why:  My dad because he came from a very poor family and made something of himself.  He is now a successful orthopedic surgeon.

Most influential person/people or experience in your growth as a tennis player and why:  The most influential person in my growth as a tennis player was my doubles partner (throughout junior tennis) and one of my best friends.  I used to get beat by him very easily.  I improved fast and became a better tennis player, and now I can beat him.
