Final day of Govs Beach Challenge canceled due to weather

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Due to snow in the forecast, the final day of the Govs Beach Challenge hosted by Austin Peay University has been canceled.

Carson-Newman was scheduled to face UT Martin to close out the tournament. The Eagles went 1-2 the previous day, falling to the host Govs and Chattanooga before knocking off Jacksonville State. 

The Eagles will return to the sand this Saturday, Mar. 19, to host Catawba and LaGrange in a tri-match. The Indians and Eagles will face off at noon, while the Panthers and Eagles will collide at 4:00 PM in Mossy Creek.
