Nominees unveiled, voting open for Sixth Annual Frosty Awards

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – The nominees for 13 Frosty Awards categories have been released after selection from the Frosty Awards Committee. The Sixth Annual Frosty Awards will take place in Gentry Auditorium on Tuesday, April 30 at 7 p.m.

The nominees for the 14th category, play of the year, will be unveiled at a later time.

The Frosty Awards celebrate athletic excellence at Carson-Newman. The event will be broadcast live on the Eagle Sports Network.

These nominees will be trimmed down to four finalists per category before the winners are unveiled April 30. Fans can vote for which nominees should move on and be finalists at the following link: http://bit.ly/2019FrostyNoms

A combination of fan vote, and the Frosty Awards Committee will determine the finalists and winners. The Frosty Awards Committee will take into account any outstanding performances that occur for the rest of the month of April.
