From now until Jan. 2, the Carson-Newman Athletic Communications Department will debut the Frosty Award nominees for the fall semester. These are the fall nominees for Team of the Year. Christmas Day, we'll unveil the Plays of the Fall.
The 11th annual Frosty Awards will take place April 30 and honor athletic excellence in Carson-Newman's athletic department.

Team of the Year
Women's Soccer: For the time since 2018, Carson-Newman earned a spot in the NCAA Tournament, as the number eight seed in the Southeast regional. The postseason berth marked the 12th NCAA tournament appearance for the program. Duffy's team finished the year 8-8-3 overall and 5-4-2 in league action. Carson-Newman had three players recognized by the SAC, with one player on each of the three teams. Abbie Zander was the lone first-team pick and C-N's first all-region selection since 2018. Six different players were also honored as Academic All-District for their efforts on and off the soccer pitch.
