TJ Davis and Randall Freeman were Carson-Newman's repeat honorees. Davis earned all-region accolades in the long jump and the triple jump. His leap of 7.22 meters at the Tennessee Challenge in the long jump was the best mark in the Southeast Region, while his tally of 14.49 meters in the triple jump led him to a South Atlantic Conference title for the event. 

Freeman finished fifth in the region for both the shot put and the javelin to earn all-region honors with hurls of 14.07 meters for the shot and 46.48 meters for the javelin.  Freeman hit both marks at the South Atlantic Conference Championship meet.

Lucas Mathis garnered accolades in the discus throw for a toss of 40.34 meters at the Terrier Relays on April 5.     

Brandon Lindley and Christian Robinson both found themselves in the running in the 400 meter hurdles with times of 55.79 and 56.27 seconds, respectively.  Both runners hit their marks at the Terrier Relays.

Darius Childs was the men's team's final honoree for his 14.91-second run in the 110 meter hurdles at the SAC Championship Meet. 

On the women's side, Jessica Azor, Shauntae Miller and the Frosty Award Winner for Newcomer of the Year Tiana Mills all received recognition from the USTFCCCAA.

Azor was lauded for her performance in the high jump.  A 1.62 meter leap at the PowerSox Invitational propelled her to the honor.  Miller captured her tout by hitting 57.07 seconds in the 400 meters at the SAC championship meet and Mills by setting a school record of 5.7 meters in the long jump at the Tennessee Challenge.
