2023: Played in 6 matches and finished with a perfect record. Went 6-0 with Piper Halcrow at the no. 5 position. Also played in 2 exhibition matches with Madeline Holmes. Finished 2-0 in exhibition. 

High School: Phair finished her career third in total assists in Colorado. as a freshman and sophomore, Phair earned Colorado Springs Metro First Team All-League honors. She was also an honorable mention for All-State 5A. in 2020, Phair was placed on the AVCA Phenom List. Her volleyball team went on to win the 5A state championship in 2021, earning Phair a place on the 2021 AVCA All-American Watchlist. 

Personal: Daughter of Lance and Yolette Phair. Her father played volleyball at the University of Northern Colorado. Her sister, Taylor Phair, played volleyball at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Phair intends to study Biology at Carson-Newman.
