PACE, Fla. – Carson-Newman senior Erica Ray (Maryville, Tenn.) shot an 83 (+11) in Tuesday's final round of the NCAA D-II Super Regional Two to finish 38th with a 54-hole total of 241 in her final collegiate event.
The senior, palying as an individual, was 2-over par on the back nine with eight pars to close strong, but stumbled out of the gate with a 45 (+9) on the front side at Stonebrook Golf Club.
The second team All-South Atlantic Conference selection finished tied for 38th with Paola Grande of Barry University with her 241 total. She had five birdies in Monday's round en route to a 74, her lowest total of the tournament.
Lilliana Camisa of Nova Southeastern shot a 4-under 212 to win the event and help her team qualify for next week's NCAA Championships, along with Barry and Florida Southern.
