Bukiewicz named SAC women’s soccer’s Elite 23 winner

ROCK HILL, S.C. – The South Atlantic Conference has announced Carson-Newman's Molly Bukiewicz as this year's SAC Women's Soccer Wealth Enhancement group Elite 23 winner.

This award honors the student-athlete with the top cumulative grade-point average (based on a minimum of 48 credit hours) in each of the league's 23 team championship sports.

This marks the first time a Carson-Newman women's soccer players has achieved this honor. Bukiewicz earns this honor because of her 4.0 GPA in the classroom. The senior forward from Beavercreek, Ohio, is studying education and library studies.

She is in her fourth season with the Carson-Newman women's soccer team. Battling back from an injury last season, Bukiewicz has appeared in 13 games this season and has 2 starts. The attacker has 38 career appearances and has seven assists.

Wingate's Khalil Khenayzir was honored as the 2023 SAC Men's Soccer Wealth Enhancement Group Elite 23 winner.
