JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – The events surrounding Carson-Newman football's annual spring game are starting to pile up.
Orange will take on Blue Saturday, April 6 at 10 a.m. in Burke-Tarr Stadium in a situational scrimmage.
Beyond that, the Eagle Club and Alumni Relations will jointly play host to a tailgate at 9 a.m. The tailgate is free and open to the public. Attendees are asked to register at the following link: https://give.cn.edu/register/orangeandbluetailgate so that an accurate head count may be obtained.
Furthermore, Carson-Newman's football coaching staff is putting on an option coaching clinic starting Friday, April 5 and running through the spring game on April 6.
The cost of the clinic is 100 dollars per coach. However, staffs registering four or more coaches can bring the entire football staff for 300 dollars.

Check in for the clinic begins at 10:30 a.m. April 5. Offensive and defensive overviews start at noon with inside access to Carson-Newman's position meetings and practice following. The clinic wraps up on day one with dinner and an FCA presentation at 7 p.m., followed by another clinic session at 8 p.m.
Clinic attendees will then gain special access to Carson-Newman's spring game Saturday, with an open forum following the spring game at noon.
