2022-2023: During the 2023 NCAA DII Swimming and Diving Championships, Compagner became the first woman in the Carson-Newman athletic department’s history to lay claim to a national championship with a gold medal performance in the 100-yard butterfly in 52.45. She won gold in the women’s 100-yard freestyle event in a near-record 48.97 to secure a second national championship. Compagner now holds the top-three times for Carson-Newman women’s swim in the 100 free (49.47, 49.48, 48.47). Compagner left the national championships with five All-American performances. She finished fifth in the 50-yard freestyle in 22.81. Compagner also swam a leg of the 400-yard medley relay and contributed to a bronze medal performance (3:41.57). She raced with Kennadi King, Natalia Amano, and Lily Parr in the 400-yard freestyle relay where the Eagles placed fifth in 3:22.40, a new program record. During the South Atlantic Conference Championships, Compagner earned three gold medals. She won the 50 free in 22.78, setting the meet record in the event. She also placed first in the 200-yard freestyle (1:49.11) and 100-yard butterfly (52.92). Compagner placed second in the 100-yard butterfly (58.32), third in the 200-yard butterfly (1:54.51), and fourth in the 50-yard freestyle (24.49) during the Eagles' visit to Georgia Tech. She placed fourth in the 100-yard freestyle (52.10) and fifth in the 100-yard butterfly (56.90) against the University of Tennessee. Compagner ended her senior season with 11 first-place individual finishes.

2021-2022: 3rd in the 100-yard butterfly in the Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championships with a time of 55.08. Compagner placed 2nd in both the 50-yard freestyle and 200-yard freestyle in the King Early Season Invite, and she placed 4th in the 200-yard backstroke. She placed 2nd in both the 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke against Mars Hill. Placed 3rd in both the 100-yard freestyle (51.63) and 100-yard butterfly (55.99) at the Emory Invitational with the quickest times in both for Carson-Newman. Compagner placed 1st against Emory & Henry in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 59.95. 

2020-21: Compagner holds top program times in the women's 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle, 200-yard freestyle, 100-yard backstroke, 100-yard butterfly as well as part of the record-breaking women's 400-yard medley relay team. At the 2021 Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championships, Compagner was part of the women's 200-yard freestyle relay, finished second in the women's 100-yard butterfly, part of the third-place women's 400-yard medley relay, top-10 in the women's 100-yard backstroke, the second-place women's 800-yard freestyle relay, and the third-place women's 400-yard freestyle relay. 

2019-2020: Compagner's freshman year saw her win a Bluegrass Mountain Conference Female Swimmer of the Week Award for the week of Nov. 16 to Nov. 22. The award came after a dual-meet against Lees-McRae in which she swam the 50-yard butterfly portion of the team's 200-yard medley relay in a time of 24.5 seconds, good enough for a lifetime best and just half of a second shy of tying the program record. She also took home first place in the 100-yard freestyle in 52.1 seconds which was also a lifetime best and fast enough for the 15th-fastest recorded time in the nation during this season. On the second day of the Tennessee Invitational, Compagner finished the 100-yard butterfly in 52.52, the second-fastest time in program history. At the BMC Championships, Compagner took fourth in the 50-yard freestyle in the 'A' final, a lifetime best and good enough for an All-Conference honor. Compagner won bronze after finishing third in the 100-yard butterfly at 54.02, it was her first medal from the conference. On the final day of Conference Championships, Compagner took third in the 100-yard freestyle with a lifetime-best time, the second-fastest in C-N history. Compagner won All-American honors as part of the 200-yard medley relay at National Championships by finishing eighth in the 'A' final.
