Carson-Newman Swimming season opener postponed

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - Carson-Newman swimming's home opener against Lees-McRae has been postponed due to COVID-19 concerns with a makeup date to be determined. In place of the dual meet tomorrow, the Eagles will compete in an intrasquad competition at 1 pm. Fans will still not be allowed to be in attendance. 

The Eagles hold an imposing 23-2 home record inside the MSAC. Carson-Newman downed Lees-McRae last year by a combined score of 290-78. 

The Eagles hold a 2-0 record against the Bobcats, and will look forward to hosting Milligan University inside the MSAC next Saturday, November 7th, at 1 pm.
