KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The Carson-Newman women's soccer team fell one spot to No. 11 in the latest Division II National Soccer Coaches' Association of America poll, NSCAA officials announced Tuesday.

The Lady Eagles (13-2-1) are also ranked second in the Southeast Region.

West Florida remains at No. 1, followed by Saint Rose (N.Y.), Grand Valley State (Mich.), Metro State (Colo.) and West Chester (Pa.).

Tusculum, the only other South Atlantic Conference team in the poll, moved up one spot to No. 21. The Pioneers are also third in the Southeast Region.

Columbus State (Ga.), the seventh-ranked team in the country, holds on to the top spot in the Southeast Region.

Other SAC teams listed in the regional rankings are Newberry (fourth), Catawba (sixth) and Wingate (eighth).
