Eagles’ SAC Tournament game with Newberry postponed till Saturday

FORREST CITY, N.C. – Due to consistent rainfall in Forrest City, N.C., Carson-Newman's second round winner's bracket game with Newberry has been moved to 9 a.m., Saturday. 

Regardless whether the Eagles win or lose, they'll play again Saturday at 4 p.m.

Carson-Newman took two of three from the Wolves on the road in the regular season.  The Eagles beat no. 23 Catawba in their opening round game, while the Wolves lost to Tusculum 7-1.
