C-N Awarded 2024 AVCA Team Academic Award Following a Solid Academic Year

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – The Carson-Newman beach volleyball program has been awarded the 2024 AVCA Team Academic Award for its academic performance in the 2023-24 school year.

The AVCA acknowledges academic excellence, awarding volleyball programs with a year-long team GPA of 3.3 or better.

The Eagles' beach volleyball program comfortably exceeded that mark and eclipsed it with a team GPA of 3.62. C-N has earned the AVCA Team Academic Award for the second time, the other coming after the 2020-21 academic year.
